The Mentorship program at EstroLab links social innovators and entrepreneurs to established practitioners for mentorship and guidance. EstroLab Mentees have free access to Estro-Hub, a co-working space for mentees and associates for  1-week a month. Mentees will also attend all training at EstroLab with a reduced commitment fee.

The EstroLab Associate Program gathers together tech innovators and social entrepreneurs to work on a specific project or to provide a solution to a pressing challenge as a team. The Associate program provides associates with the opportunity to work with a multicultural and multinational team on key issues on women and to design technology innovations to address these challenges.
